As of last month, we have officially unveiled our new international scope with a renewed focus on New Zealand, Africa, Europe, and Australia. Our mission is to set higher global standards within the mining industry, delivering flexible tailor-made solutions, enhancing protocols and training, integrating highly skilled expat workforce, advancing development and production methods, and fostering safety-first cultures in all environments we operate in.

As part of this strategy, Face Mining Services Australia has merged with HMR, a company with offices in Kalgoorlie, WA and Orange, NSW, known for delivering top-notch drilling services across Australia since 2008. This strategic arrangement enhances our capabilities to better serve our clients in Australia while allowing us to concentrate our efforts on providing superior mining standards across the globe.
I’m proud to announce our partnership with CORICA Mining Services for our African projects. This collaboration brings our expat workforce and global mining expertise to underground client operations, with plans for rapid expansion into additional regions. Together, we aim to enhance capabilities and outcomes, from production to workplace culture, solidifying our commitment to delivering world-class mining solutions.
As we embark on this exciting new journey, we remain committed to improving mining standards worldwide. Our international focus and strategic partnerships position us to make a significant impact on the global mining industry.

At Face Mining Services, we believe in celebrating excellence within our team. Each month, we recognise one employee who has gone above and beyond in their dedication and performance.
In appreciation of their outstanding contributions, the selected team member receives a $500 gift card, and Face Mining Services makes a $500 charitable donation in their name to a charity of their choosing. It’s our way of saying thank you and making a positive impact, both within our team and in the communities we serve.

This month, we are excited to announce Fiona Ferrier as our September Employee of the Month. Fiona has been our Payroll and Accounts Officer over the last few years, helping ensure the Face Mining Services team runs smoothly behind the scenes. As she recently wrapped up her role with us, we wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
Fiona has chosen to support Animal Welfare League for our monthly charity donation, supporting their mission of connecting pets, people and community.
